Please refer to the map below for UPS Ground transit times (in business days) from our warehouse. Keep in mind that the shipment day does not count as a transit day. Additionally, this map is to provide an estimate. For a more accurate transit time, please call us at 1-800-777-8667.
Transit time for UPS Ground is typically 1-5 business days, but it depends on where the shipments will be delivered. Since we are located in California, a shipment within California takes 1-2 business days vs. a shipment to the East Coast generally take 5 business days.
The best thing to do is call or email us. That way we can give you a more exact transit time based on your Zip Code. For a quick reference or for after-hours help, the UPS Ground Transit Time Map above provides a general idea based on your state/ region.

While we do our best to ship orders the same day, this isn't a guarantee. If you are concerned about an order getting out the same day, please give us a call and we will do our best to fulfill your order on time.
Also, our hours of operations are Monday - Friday 8:30 am PST - 5:00 pm PST which extends to shipping as well. Orders placed over the weekend or on holiday are shipping the following business day.
This question is somewhat subjective. If this order is an emergency and you can't wait, then we would suggest going with a faster option (i.e. 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air). UPS Ground is the preferred shipping method for our customers because it is reliable and the most affordable option for UPS methods. And, while UPS Ground shipments are guaranteed (except around Christmas), delays do happen because of weather or a truck blows a tire (among other operational delays). Delays are rare and unpredictable, and they usually come at the worst possible moment. That's why we suggest ordering as far in advance as possible to prevent last-minute rush orders. At the end of the day, if you need something fast and you can afford a UPS shipping upgrade, then we suggest going that route. Otherwise, UPS Ground will do the trick.
Please note: Since March 2020, most UPS shipments are not guaranteed.
