Shipping Policies
Most orders received by 12pm Pacific Time are shipped on the same day. We reserve the right to hold shipments for any of these reasons:
- Incomplete or inaccurate address
- Invalid credit card information
- Products are out of stock
- Any other information missing which prevents us to ship your order correctly
You will be notified via e-mail and/or phone if we require additional information from you.
These are the UPS shipping services we offer:
- UPS Surepost (transit time is usually 1 day more than UPS Ground)
- UPS Ground (transit time of 1-5 business days) *See UPS Ground transit map below or CLICK HERE for more info
- UPS 3 Day Select (transit time of 3 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (transit time of 2 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air (transit time of 1 business day)
*Keep in mind that the shipment day does not count as a transit day. For example, for transit time of 5 business days, if an order ships on a Monday, it will be delivered the following Monday (assuming no holidays during transit time). Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days. UPS deliveries are made on weekdays only.
All products are shipped from our California warehouse.
Please note that during the peak holiday season (October-December), UPS Ground orders may take an additional day to ship. During peak season, orders requesting expedited shipping methods are calculated based on business days and does not include the day merchandise is picked up. Saturday deliveries are sometimes available for additional fees (charged by UPS). Please call for a quote.
UPS expedited services, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Air Select are available. Expedited deliveries are guaranteed by UPS. All expedited shipping methods are calculated based on business days, and does not include the day merchandise is picked up. Saturday deliveries are sometimes available for additional fees (charged by UPS). Please call for a quote.
Please note: Starting March 2020, UPS guarantees only Next Day Air service.
UPS uses the weight of the shipment, dimensions of the package(s) and the distance the shipment travels. Truck shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipment, the density of product(s), type of product(s) and the distance the shipment travels.
Please note rates are considerably higher for expedited UPS shipping services (compared to Ground).
We ship our products via UPS or truck, whichever is less expensive and provides better service. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or military addresses.
We ship to Canada via UPS. You will be responsible for paying any customs duties and any other applicable taxes and fees. These will be charged to you by UPS and are not included in our shipping quotes. Also note that deliveries may be delayed by 1 business day due to additional customs paperwork processing by UPS. Please call for Canada shipping charges.
If you know your UPS tracking number, your package may be tracked at UPS.com. Your UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you at the end of the day your order ships. The UPS sender e-mail address is [email protected] and sender's name is "UPS". If your shipment consists of multiple packages, any one of the tracking numbers will provide tracking information for all other packages in the same shipment.
